Shri Devendra Kumar Jain has over 60 years of rich experience in business management and international trade. In recognition of his successful efforts to increase bilateral trade with Commonwealth countries, he was granted a Dignity of an Honorary Member of the Civil Division in the Order of the British Empire by Her Majesty, the Queen of England. Shri Devendra Kumar Jain has been a Member of the Indian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce and has been an Associate Member of the World Economic Forum, Geneva, Switzerland and a Member of the Indian delegation to the Davos symposium on several occasions in past.

Pavan Jain, Chairman of the INOX Leisure Limited, is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, New Delhi, and an industrialist with over 46 years of experience.
As the Managing Director of INOX Air Products Private Limited, Pavan Jain has steered the company’s growth from a single plant business to one of the leading players in the domestic industrial gases business. In addition, Pavan Jain has been instrumental in diversifying the INOX Group into various industries such as Refrigerant Gases, Chemicals, Cryogenic Engineering and Entertainment.

Mr. Sudip Mullick
Mr. Sudip Mullick is Partner, Real Estate, Construction (contracts & disputes) & Hospitality at Economic Laws Practice. He was previously associated with Khaitan & Company for nearly three decades where he was an integral part of the team that established the office in Mumbai & served on the national executive committee of his erstwhile firm for several years. He received his Law degree from Calcutta University. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a practice leader & has been featured in Chambers, Legal 500, and Benchmark litigation for real estate, litigation, & construction. Most recently, Asia Law named him as an Elite Practitioner for real estate in their 2024-25 edition. He also serves as an Independent Director on several reputable boards. He completed a course on leadership in law firms from Harvard University in 2017.

Ms. Girija Balakrishnan
Ms. Girija Balakrishnan, graduated from the prestigious National Law School of India University in 1993, joined Malvi Ranchoddas & Co. as an associate in November 1993 and became a partner of the firm in April 2001. She is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka. She presently heads the general corporate advisory practice at Malvi Ranchoddas & Co.
Ms. Balakrishnan is having over 31 years and above rich experience and specializes in Corporate Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Laws, Foreign Direct Investments, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaboration.
Ms. Balakrishnan has also represented clients in various Courts, tribunals and forum including the High Court, Securities Appellate Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forum, mediators, arbitrators, proceedings before the Estate Officer appointed under the Public Premises (Eviction) Act and adjudication proceedings before officers appointed by the Securities & Exchange Board of India.

Mr. Siddharth Jain
Siddharth Jain joined the Group in 2001 and has been actively involved in the Group’s strategic planning & business development initiatives. He is directly responsible for the Industrial Gases, Entertainment and Cryogenics Equipment Manufacturing businesses. Under his management, each of these companies today have achieved leadership positions in their respective industries.
He is an Alumnus of University of Michigan Ann Arbor, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has an MBA from INSEAD. He is a Member at the World Economic Forum at Davos. He is also a Member of Young Presidents’ Organization & President of the Gas Industries Association of India. He is involved in various social work through
his family’s Foundation and is an avid golfer.

Mr. Shashi Kishore Jain
Mr. Shashi Kishore Jain comes with more than 50 years of work experience. He completed his B.Sc. (Engg.) - Electrical from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi in 1971. He has worked as Plant Development Engineer responsible for Revamping/Upgrading the Plant and Equipment and involved in the New Projects/Plant. He has independently handled the JV Company overseas for supply of Plant, Equipment and Technology Transfer for Telecommunication Cable Industry. He was responsible for setting up a unit for the manufacture of Industrial gases, Managing the Production & Marketing of Industrial Gases. He is also providing consultation for setting up a large gas manufacturing unit for industrial and medical gases.
