The Company
GFL Limited (GFL) is a Holding Company of INOX Leisure Limited (one of the largest multiplex chains in the Country) and INOX Infrastructure Limited. GFL Limited is a public limited company, listed on both the leading Stock Exchanges of India i.e. BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. It was incorporated in the year 1987 and commenced commercial operations in 1989.
Entertainment Business
INOX Leisure Limited (INOX) is one of India's most well-known multiplex operators. As on 21st December 2022, INOX operates in 74 cities throughout India. It has 169 properties with 720 screens and a total seating capacity of 1,59,747. As a flagship venture of INOX Group, INOX Leisure Ltd has always worked upon improvising the experiences, right from creating a world class infrastructure which is high on comfort and aesthetics, to staying updated with the latest in the cinema technology space. Ever since commencing operations in year 2002, INOX has already entertained more than 500 Mn guests in its glorious journey.
